    Transfer Samples to PCR Plate

    Click on ‘Transfer to PCR Plate’

    If the 384 well block is installed on your instrument, select plate type

    384 well plate

    If the 96 well block is installed on your instrument, select plate type

    96 well plate

    In the case that the 384 well block is installed on your instrument, you have the option to assign samples from up to 4

    96 well plates

    to your PCR workflow.

    You will then have the option to assign a plate position of each of the 4 plates you will be adding to your workflow.

    Click ‘Transfer’ once done.
